How do I get started with Bobi's Bowl
Getting started is simple! Just click “Build My Plan” and tell us about your dog – their breed, age, weight, activity level, and any dietary preferences. Our nutrition experts will create a personalized meal plan just for them. You can then choose your subscription frequency and we’ll deliver fresh meals right to your door.
What information do you need about my dog?
We need your dog’s breed, age, current weight, target weight (if different), activity level, and any food allergies or preferences. This helps us calculate the right portion sizes and select the best recipes for your dog’s specific needs.
Can I customize my dog's meal?
Absolutely! You can specify protein preferences, exclude certain ingredients, and adjust portion sizes. You can also modify your plan anytime through your account dashboard or by contacting our customer support team.
Food & Nutrition
Are your meals nutritionally complete?
Yes! All our meals meet AAFCO (Association of American Feed Control Officials) standards for complete and balanced nutrition. Each recipe is formulated by veterinary nutritionists to ensure your dog gets all the nutrients they need for optimal health.
What ingredients do you use?
We use only human-grade ingredients including free-range chicken, grass-fed beef, heritage pork, and wild-caught pangasius. Our vegetables are fresh and locally sourced when possible. We never use artificial preservatives, colors, or flavors.
Do you accomodate food allergies?
Yes, we can accommodate most food allergies and sensitivities. When setting up your plan, let us know about any allergies or ingredients to avoid, and we’ll customize your dog’s meals accordingly. Our recipes are also grain-free options available.<
Delivery & Storage
How do I store the meals?
Our meals arrive frozen and should be stored in your freezer immediately. They’ll stay fresh for up to 6 months frozen. To serve, simply move the desired portions to your refrigerator 24 hours before feeding to thaw. Thawed meals should be used within 4 days.
How often do you deliver?
You can choose from weekly or monthly delivery schedules based on your needs and freezer space. All deliveries are free and come in insulated packaging to maintain freshness during transport.
What if I'm not home for delivery?
Our insulated packaging keeps meals frozen for up to 5 hours, so it’s safe if left outside for a reasonable time. You can also provide delivery instructions for a safe drop-off location, or we can coordinate with your building’s concierge if applicable.
Subscription Management
Can I pause or cancel my subscription?
Yes, you have complete control over your subscription. You can pause, skip deliveries, or cancel anytime through your online account or by contacting customer support. There are no cancellation fees or long-term commitments.
Can I change my delivery schedule?
Absolutely! You can change your delivery frequency, skip upcoming deliveries, or modify your delivery address anytime through your account dashboard. Changes must be made at least 48 hours before your next scheduled delivery.
What if my dog doesn't like the food?
We offer a satisfaction guarantee! If your dog doesn’t love their meals, contact us within 14 days and we’ll work with you to find recipes they’ll enjoy or provide a full refund. We want both you and your dog to be completely happy.
Pricing & Billing
How much does Bobi's Bowl cost?
Pricing depends on your dog’s size and the subscription plan you choose. For a 25lb dog, plans start at THB XX /week, THB XX bi-weekly (save 5%), or THB XXX /month (save 10%). All plans include free delivery and you can see exact pricing for your dog when you build your plan.
When am I charged?
You’re charged when your order ships, typically 1-2 days before your scheduled delivery date. You’ll receive an email confirmation when your payment is processed and when your order ships with tracking information.
Do you offer any discounts?
Yes! Longer subscription plans offer automatic savings – 5% off bi-weekly plans and 10% off monthly plans. We also offer referral discounts when you refer friends, and occasionally run promotional offers for new customers.
